John S. Popp, age 68, of Hebron, KY, died Saturday, January 28, 2012, at his home. He was a retired Union Committee Man at General Motors Norwood, OH. He was preceded in death by his father Samuel J. Popp and a brother Jaysee Popp. He is survived by his mother, Tinnie Popp; one daughter, Cheri Garman; one son, Sam (Tammy Simpson) Popp; One Sister, Julia (Tim) Nolan; one sister-in-law Patti Popp. Six Grandchildren, T J, John & James Popp, Jamie, Kristy & Brittany Cryer. Margaret Anne Mader

Margaret Anne Mader, age 61, died Tuesday, January 24, 2012, at her home in Alexandria, KY. She enjoyed reading, sewing, scrapbooking, organizing and genealogy. Margaret was a wonderful wife to her surviving husband Edward Mader, Jr. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and siblings whom she loved so very much. Daughters, Julie (Martin) Mader-Meersman, Jill (Matthew) Goepper, Jaime (Ryan) Schaeffer; Grandchildren, Gunnar, Griffin, Morgan, Ty, Dylan, Macy, Avery, Beckett, Mia. Kenneth Glahn

Kenneth E. Glahn, age 79, of Grant's Lick, KY, passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2012. Mr. Glahn was the owner/operator of Glahn Construction and a member of Main Street Baptist Church in Alexandria. He was preceded in death by his daughter Kim Glahn in 1979. He is survived by his wife Jean Glahn; sons, Kenny(Nicole), Rick(Rhonda) and Randy Glahn; sisters, Norma Crouch and Gladys Ruf; brothers, Bill, Ervin and Keith Glahn; also survived by 6 grandchildren, Rebekah, Tad, Jake, Kolton, Kasey and Katy Glahn. Visitation will be Thursday, January 12, 2012 from 4pm to 7pm at the Main Street Baptist Church, Alexandria. Services will follow there at 7pm. Michael D. Igo, 40, formerly of Northern KY., died Wednesday, January 4, 2012 in Morganton, NC. He was a graduate of Campbell County High School. He is survived by his wife, Jamie Igo; 2 sons, Ivon & Alex; his mother, Diane Drew & his step father, Jim Drew; 3 brothers, James, Danny & Tony Drew; sister, Melissa Canaday. John F. Studer, age 81, of Highland Heights, KY, died Friday, January 6, 2012, at Highland Spring in Fort Thomas. He was a retired Tile Setter and member of St. John the Baptist Church, Wilder, KY. John enjoyed playing cards with his family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Gertrude Nordman Studer; son, John R. Studer; daughter, Connie(Mike) Hehman; brother, Alphonse "Whitey" Studer; 3 grand children, Kristina, Tyler and Tristin and 2 great grand children.
