Melinda Burgess

Melinda Lee Burgess (nee Moore), 41, of Alexandria, KY passed away on April 26, 2014. She worked for a legal attorney and volunteered at the VA Hospital in Ft. Thomas on a regular basis. She was a great wife, mother, daughter and sister.  She loved her family very much! Melinda was preceded in death by her father, "Sonny" Moore. She is survived by her husband, Larry; Daughter, Brooklyn; Son, Cody; Mother, Marilyn Moore; Sister, Michelle (Rick) Dischar. Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 30, 2014 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Alexandria Funeral Home. Dorothy G. Hartig (nee Wainscott), 78, of Melbourne, KY, passed away Tuesday, April 22, 2014. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Hartig Sr. She is survived by a daughter, Madonna Davidson; two sons, Larry Hartig and Mike (Diana) Hartig; sister, Donna Wainscott; two brothers, William and Jack Wainscott; ten grandchildren and four great - grandchildren. JoAnn Glahn

JoAnn Glahn, 75, passed away Saturday, April 19, 2014 at Highland Springs in Fort Thomas. She was preceded in death by her husband Jerry. Survivors include her daughter, Jerri Ann Feldhaus; sisters, Gayle Vaughn and Karen Vaughn; brother, Paul D. Herbst and Wayne Smith; grandson, Andrew Wayne Moore; two great grandchildren. Irma (Schmidt) Futscher

 

 Irma (Schmidt) Futscher, 86, of Camp Springs, KY, passed away Sunday, April 13, 2014 at the Baptist Convalescent Center, Newport, KY. Irma was a homemaker, Charter Member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Camp Springs Volunteer Fire Department and a lifetime member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Campbell County VFW Post #3205. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerome “Jerry” Futscher, her parents, Louis and Irene (Guenther) Schmidt and a brother, Glenn Schmidt. Irma is survived by  three daughters, Janet (Tom) Steller of Elizabethtown, KY, Sue (Jim) Bradley of Cold Spring, KY and  Sharon (Tom) Ramler of Camp Springs, KY; two sons, Dan (Barb) Futscher and Doug (Donna) Futscher all of Camp Springs, KY; one sister, Jean Roach of Maderia, OH; eleven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Visitation Wednesday, April 16, 2014 from 3:30 PM – 5:45 PM with Mass at 6:00 PM at Saint Joseph Church, Camp Springs, KY. Interment Saint Joseph Cemetery, Camp Springs, KY.
