Rudolph
Zinser, 77, of Cold Spring, KY, passed away Sunday, June 7, 2015 Highlandspring
of Fort Thomas. He was a retired supervisor for Cincinnati Gas and Electric.
Rudolph was preceded in death by his loving wife, Janet (Flora) Zinser; mother,
Beatrice (Shelton) Meece and a sister, Christine Leopold. He is survived by two
children, Rick Zinser of Wilder, KY and Becky (Charlie) Ploeger of Hebron, KY; three grandchildren, Megan, Tyler and Ashley
Ploeger. Visitation 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Thursday, June 11, 2015 at the Alexandria
Funeral Home, Alexandria, KY. Funeral service 11:00 AM Friday at the funeral
Home. Interment will be in the Grandview Cemetery, Mentor, KY.

Rudi & I, Bernie Paolucci, worked together many years in C.G.& E's right of way dept. Rudin and I work on many projects together including the tower lines from East Band Power plant in Boone County and the Zimmer Power Plant at Moscow Ohio to Silver Grove He and I became supervisors in the Right of Way Dept.. Rudi was in charge of the Distribution R/W, and Was in charge of the Transmission R/W. Rudi was allways a gentleman and easy to work with.
