Omer Kiser, 76, of Alexandria, KY, passed away Saturday, December 29, 2012 at Saint Elizabeth Edgewood. Omer retired from the Kroger Warehouse, Woodlawn, OH and he was a member of Plum Creek Christian Church, Butler, KY. He was preceded in death by his son, Keith Kiser in 1994. Omer is survived by his wife of 52 years , Mary Fern Kiser (nee Wolf); three daughters, Kim (Craig) Visse, Kathy (Joe) Rice and Karen (Tom) Schneider; 13 grandchildren, Jessica, Alicia, Marissa and Natalie Visse; Kaitlyn, Kristen, Brandi and Richard Rice; Bryan, Carmen, Brittany, Zachary and Colton Schneider. Visitation 11:00 AM - 1:45 PM Tuesday, January 1, 2013 at the Alexandria Funeral Home, Alexandria, KY. Funeral service 2:00 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment Plum Creek Cemetery Butler, KY. Memorials can be made to Plum Creek Christian Church, 13455 Alexandria Pike, Butler, KY 41006 or to the charity of donor's choice.
