Deepest sympathies for your loss. When faced with losing someone we love so dearly, we can find refuge and comfort by turning to Jehovah, the Father of tender mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation (2 Corinthians 1:3,4). Those who have fallen asleep in death have the hope of the resurrection and God promises that soon death, mourning, outcry and pain will be no more (John 5:28,29; Revelation 21:3,4). We also find at Isaiah 33:24 that the time is soon approaching when no resident will say "I am sick". May this bring you some comfort at this very difficult time.
