Patricia Carlene Frank "Patsy", 70, of Alexandria, passed away on October 24, 2013 at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Ft. Thomas, KY. Patsy was a wonderful lady who fought a good fight for her granddaughter Christa. She is survived by her husband Thomas; daughter, Melissa; granddaughter, Christa; sisters, Peggy, Judy, Carolyn, Margie.  Memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 27, 2013, 2:30 PM at the Church of Christ in Alexandria, KY.
