Alex I will always remember the games and practices with your mom cheering us all on. Especially when you were pitching!! Prayers for you and your family during this time.
ReplyDeleteLara and I lived on Cleveland Ave while growing up. As teenagers we were excited to get in her parent's convertible and go to Frisch's. Had a lot of sleepovers and enjoyed our teenage years! We always had a lot of fun and used to go in the backyard and swing and sing the song "Dream"! Lara also went to school with my husband,,Paul. We had fun with Christmas Balls and Proms- decorating and helping everyone get a date. Lara was always a kind and happy person and full of fun! We ended up in Northwest Ohio so didn't stay in touch. I think we may have visited at a few reunions. Paul and I are both saddened to hear of Lara's death. Ruth our thoughts are especially with you as this loss has to be so hard.I remember Cathy and Michel when I use to be at your home. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all and also Gary. What a terrible lose to you all and to all around who knew Lara. Many fond memories have been going though my mind and even though that is helpful sadness is there. Take care. We are so glad that Lara had been a part of our lives! Fondly Paul and Joyce Mueller
ReplyDeleteAlex - with deepest sympathy, you and the family are in our thoughts and prayers. Those early days of growing up and your mom being a part are warmly remembered ... Brian Connor
