Mae Metcalf, 75, 0f Alexandria, KY., passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at
Saint Elizabeth Hospice, Ft. Thomas, KY. Della was a loving Nanny to all. She
was preceded in death by her first husband, Lum L. Angel. She is survived by
her husband, Brooks Metcalf; one daughter, Laura (Stuart) Stephens; four sons, David (Kelly),
Wade (Tresea), Robert (Helena) and Bill (Carol) Angel; two sisters, Bessie Vest and Lillie Lynch; one
brother, Benton Barrett; 12 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Visitation
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM Monday, February 10, 2014 with funeral services beginning
at 12:00 PM at the Alexandria Funeral Home, Alexandria, KY. Interment will be
in the Alexandria Cemetery Alexandria, KY
