L.
Louise Schof (nee Lovelace), 79, of Highland Heights, KY, passed away Tuesday,
August 26, 2014, at University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Louise was a nurse
for the late Dr. John Naber. She was a Deacon at the First Baptist Church of
Fort Thomas and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Newport Elks. She was
preceded in death by her husband, Jacob “Bud” Schof; a daughter, Janet Schof;
siblings, Mary Klein, Mildred Warren, Clarence “Shike”, Elmer, Everett, Stanley
“Cotton” and Herbie Lovelace. She is survived by a daughter, Beverly (John)
Smith; a sister, Gloria Tarvin; two grandchildren, Aaron Oliver Wood and Brian
Morgan (Shanon) Wood; two great-grandchildren, Felicia and Emily Higginbotham.
Visitation 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM with funeral services following Sunday, August
31,2104, at the Alexandria Funeral Home, Alexandria, KY. Interment will be in
the Mount Gilead Cemetery, Carthage, KY. Memorials can be made to charity of
donor’s choice.

Louise Schof has been a very good friend of my family over the years, and she will be sorely missed.
