Edward Sherlock, age 79, of Covington, KY, died Thursday, January 27, 2011, at Bridgepoint Nursing Home.
Family will receive friends at the Alexandria funeral home from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Monday January 31, with the service following. Interment will be at Alexandria Cemetery, Alexandria, KY

Arthur Heck

Arthur James Heck, age 81, of Melbourne, KY, died Tuesday, January 18, 2011, at Saint Elizabeth Hospice Center in Edgewood, KY. He was a retired construction worker and he served in the Army during the Korean War. He was a member of St. Joseph Church, Camp Springs. He was also a member of the American Legion, VFW Post 3205, and a member of the Camp Springs VFD for 30yrs.
He was preceded in death by his late wife Bernadette Heck in 1992.
Survived by his son, Greg Heck (Janet) of Cold Spring, KY; daughter, Monica Heck of Melbourne, KY; brother, Richard Heck; grandchildren, Angela Boles and Anna Marie Heck; great grandchildren, Sadie and Katie Boles.
Visitation: 9:00 AM to 11:45 AM, Saturday, Jan. 22nd at the Alexandria Funeral Home .
Mass of Christian Burial: 12:30 PM, Saturday, Jan 22nd at St. Joseph Church, Camp Springs, KY.
Interment: St. Joseph Cemetery, Camp Springs, KY.

Doyle Sherrill

Doyle Sherrill, age 66, of Alexandria, KY, died Monday, January 17, 2011, at Highland Springs in Fort Thomas, KY. Born in Crab Orchard, TN,he was an avid fisherman and great mechanic. He was the owner of the GEO-THERM Heating and Cooling. He served his country in the army at the Nike Missile Base-Indiana.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bradley Sherrill and Lillie Sherrill. His Mother and Father-In-law Nolan "Bud" and Margaret Clift, Brother, Donald Sherrill and Sisters, Rita Thompson and Greta Lou Sherrill.

He is also survived by his wife: Kathy “Kate” Sherrill.

Richard Claude Eaton Sr.

Richard Claude Eaton Sr. of Cold Spring, KY, died Sunday, January 9, 2011, at Saint Elizabeth Fort Thomas. He served his country during the World War II on the Navy ship USS. Pennsylvania. He served as Commander of the VFW post 8020 in Wilder, KY, and he also volunteered at the VA Hospital in Ft. Thomas KY.

Herman Frederick Pfeiffer, 92, of Alexandria, KY, devoted husband of Betty Lou (nee Rinehard) Pfeiffer for 59 yrs. passed away Friday, December 31, 2010. Son of the late Herman E. & the late Sophie (nee Recke) Pfeiffer, born May 19, 1918 in Cincinnati, OH. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati and retired from J & R Manufacturing, which he owned with his father.
