Neocyte Draconis "AKA Jeremy Alan Hopkins", 36, of Alexandria, KY,  passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2013 at The Arbors of Milford. He is survived by his wife, Leslie; son, Draco Hopkins; his parents, Marilyn Anita & Everett (Tad) Hopkins Jr.; 2 sisters, January Smith & Jenna Hopkins; brother, Jonathan Hopkins; grandparents, Carol & Everett Hopkins Sr. & Betty Armstrong. Memorial visitation will be held Monday, April 1, 2013 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM with a Memorial Service beginning at 7:00 PM at the Alexandria Funeral Home, Alexandria, Kentucky.  Everyone in attendance will have an opportunity to speak if they wish to do so.  Memorials can be made to Draco Hopkins Fund at any US Bank location.

Edna M. Wagner, 87, passed away Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at her home in Melbourne, KY. Edna was a homemaker & a member of Saint Joseph Parish, Camp Springs, KY. Norman C. Ruf

Norman C. Ruf, 75, of California, KY, passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at Saint Elizabeth Fort Thomas. He was a body man for Littleton's Paint & Body of Walton, KY, a member of Flagg Springs Baptist Church of California, KY and an Army Veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents Eugene & Bessie (Beyersdoerfer) Ruf, two brothers Elwood & Eugene Ruf Jr. Norman is survived by his loving wife, Pat Ruf (nee Buford); two sons, Odious Hickman Jr. and Chuck (Melissa) Hickman; two daughters, Ronda (Brandon) Smalley and Norma "Chrissy" (Brad) Cummins; eight grandchildren, Ashley and Kayla Bouldin, Tyler and Jake Baker, Aiden and Luke Smalley, Emma and Clark Cummins; three sisters, Viola Jones, Darlene Pattman and Judy Poe; one brother, Ronnie Ruf. Charles Edward Neace


Charles Edward Neace, age 71, of Norwood, OH passed away peacefully at his home on March 20, 2013.  Charles was  born in Little, Kentucky to parents Cicero and Leanna Napier Neace on March 4, 1942. He was an Army Veteran and a retiree of Siemens, Norwood, OH. After retiring in 2004 he became a devoted grandfather and enjoyed his daily trips to River Downs. It was also well known that he was a loyal Kentucky Wildcats fan, rooting them on every game from his comfy recliner.  He will forever be remembered for his quick wit, wonderful smile, kind heart and his love for his children. Preceded in death by his parents; brother, Cornell Neace; and sisters, Pearlie Neace, Cloma Mullins and Oma Miller. He is survived by his four children, Michael Neace, Debora Neace, Charles “Craig” (Monique) Neace and Ruth (Michael Faraco) Neace; brothers, Melvin (Esther) Neace and Taylor (Dolores) Neace; sister, Margie Bush; proud grandfather of Savannah and Nathaniel. Marie Ann Kinstler, 96, of Alexandria, KY passed away on March 17 at St. Elizabeth in Fort Thomas, KY. She was a homemaker for her family and a faithful member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. Marie is preceded in death by her husband John Henry (1985). Stanley Leap

Stanley William Leap, 85, of Alexandria, passed away on March 9, 2013. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Cold Spring and worked for Heekin Can Company for 37 years. Stanley was the last of nine children. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Elizabeth; Sons, Jeff (Teresa), and John Leap; Daughters, Eva (Larry) Herbst, Raye Jean (Jay) Wright; 7 grandchildren and 7 great - grandchildren.
