James Clifford Voet, 80, passed away on September 27, 2013 at Saint Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood, KY. He served his country in the Air Force and was a member of Newport Elks 273 for 28 years. He was also a member of Grand Lodge F&AM Ft.Thomas, KY 808. James is survived by his loving spouse Sarah (nee Trapp); daughter, Jamee Cramer; Sisters, Mary Rosing, Janie VonderHaar, Pat Surnbrock; Brothers, Harry, Larry and Tom Voet. Memorial services will be held on Friday, October 11, 2013, 10:30AM at the Saint Joseph Church in Cold Spring, KY. Memorials to American Lung Association. Frank Gerald Poe Sr., 74, of Highland Heights, passed away on September 8, 2013 at Saint Elizabeth Hospital in Florence, KY. He served three tours of duty in Vietnam and also served in Korea as well. He retired from the Army after serving for 22 years. He then retired from the Post Office. He was preceded in death by his daughter Sussannah. Frank is survived by his loving spouse of 47 years, Elizabeth. He is also survived by son, Frank (Gladys) Poe Jr; Grandchildren, Charles Roetting, Christina Justus, Frank Gerald Poe III, Britney Poe; Sister, Sharon Flemming; Brother in Law, Robert Moore; Sister in Law, Kathy Harter; four great grandchildren. Brenda Faye (Polley) Underwood, 70, of Alexandria, passed away on September 9, 2013 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood, KY. She was a hairdresser for more than 30 years. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Pearl and Wilburn Polley; Brothers, Bill Polley and Lawrence "Butch" King; Step father, Lawrence King. Brenda is survived by her husband of 45 years, Joseph.
