Louella Marie Huff (nee Baker), age 90, of Butler, KY passed away on November 29, 2014 at River Valley Nursing Home, Butler, KY. She is survived by her husband of 70yrs, William Alexander Huff; brother, John Baker; sister, Opal Parson; several nieces and nephews. Louella was a member of the Alexandria United Methodist Church. She was an avid gardener and enjoyed tending to her rose bushes. Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 3, 2014 from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the Alexandria Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2014, at 12:00 pm at the Alexandria United Methodist Church. Interment will be in the Alexandria Cemetery. Douglas L. Perkins, 57, of Dayton, KY, passed away on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood. He was born on December 26, 1956. Doug was the son of the late Roy and Rita Perkins of Silver Grove, KY. He was a self-employed carpenter. He is survived by two brothers, Allan (Janice) Perkins of Melbourne, KY and Gary (Mary Beth) Perkins of Cold Spring, KY; four sisters, Mary (Paul) Golden of Melbourne, KY, Glenna Perkins (Joe Calvin) of California, KY, Roita (Lee) Lemos of California, KY and Connie Staley of Bellevue, KY. Mary Kate Schweitzer
Mary Kate Schweitzer, 98, of Newport, KY passed away on November 17, 2014 at the Baptist Convalescent Center, Newport, KY. She was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church of Highland Heights, KY. Mary was preceded in death by her husband Carl Schweitzer. She is survived by her son, Jimmie Schweitzer; two daughters, Ruth Ann Scherling and Margie Book; brother, Elmer Keith; 7 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren. Memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 30, 2014, 2:00 PM at the Asbury United Methodist Church, Highland Heights, KY. Charles "Chuck" Lester
Charles “Chuck” Lester, 88, of Alexandria died November 23,
2014. He was born in Irvington, NJ and
is preceded in death by his parents Charles Lester and Marie Lester; and a
granddaughter, Xiomara. He is survived
by his wife Margaret, of 61 years, 4 sons: Charles (Kathleen), Mark (Anne),
Jeff (Jan), Chris (Sarah), 3 daughters: Margaret ¨Ree¨ Foltz (Dave), Julie Lester
and Clare Luegering (John), 12 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Chuck
worked for the Red Cross for many years and then for Glenmary Home
Missioners. He enjoyed playing jazz piano, running and
spending time with his children and grandchildren. For many years he was a member of the New
Jerusalem Community at St. Bernard in Cincinnati. He was a WWII vet who served
in the 13th Air Force Division.
Visitation will be at St Mary of the Assumption Church in Alexandria
from 11 am to 1 pm Friday, November 28, with Mass immediately afterward. Interment
will follow at St Mary´s Cemetery, with a reception following in the undercroft
of the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Mary of the
Assumption Parish, in Alexandria, Glenmary Home Missioners, PO Box 465618,

Saint Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood, KY. He was a retired employee of Thomson-MacConnell
Cadillac, Cincinnati, OH. Dennis was preceded in death by his parents, William
and Georgia (Armstrong) Pelle and a brother, Donald Pelle. He is survived by
his wife, Beverly Marie (Wimsatt) Pelle; two sons, Denny (Julie) Pelle and Ron (Teda)
Stanton Pelle; four siblings, Billie Schultz, David, Doug and Damien Pelle;
four grandchildren, Hilary, Chase, Peyton and Lexi Rae; followed by many nieces
