Emery Earl Ellison, 88, of
Florence, KY, passed away Sunday May 29, 2016 at Rosedale Green, Latonia, KY.
Emery was a WWII veteran, a Kentucky Colonel and a retired System Analyst for
the Cincinnati Enquirer. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Carmella
Daniele Ellison, second wife, Barbara Henning Ellison and a sister, Juanita Ruth
Stephens. He is survived by a son, Richard (Bette) Ellison and a daughter,
Barbara (Mark) Henderson; siblings, Joane Cook, Larry (Alice) Ellison and James
(Barb) Ellison; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Visitation
Friday, June 3, 2016 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM with the Funeral Service following
at 12:00 PM at the Dobbling Muehlenkamp Erschell Funeral Home, 241 Fairfield

Joseph Herzog, 70, of California, KY, passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at
home. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Adeline (Oldiges)
Herzog. Bob was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was a heavy equipment operator
for A & B Excavating, Air Force Veteran, a member of American Legion Post #219,
Northern KY Saddle Club and Catholic Order of Foresters. He is survived by a sister, Patricia Herzog

Alma Wiley
(nee Walker), 95, formerly of California, KY, passed away Wednesday, May 4,
2016 at Brookdale of Edgewood. Alma was a retired school teacher. She taught in
the Campbell County School System at A J Jolly Elementary, Cold Spring
Elementary, Grant’s Lick Elementary and Campbell County High School. After
retirement she worked on the Campbell County Mobile Reading Program and
traveled to all the schools in Campbell County School District and helped the
children with remedial reading. She also taught a class at NKU to student
teachers on how to teach math to their students and served as a substitute
teacher at NKU and Campbell County High School. Alma was a vibrant lady and
loved by many for her giving, thoughtful and loving ways. She loved her family
and especially all of her grandchildren. Alma was dedicated to learning and
teaching, so at the end of her life she bequeathed her body to science. Alma
was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd David Wiley “1989”. She is survived
by her daughter and son-in-law, Linda and John Konz and son and daughter-in-law David and Linda
(Arlinghaus) Wiley; 4 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
A memorial visitation will be held on Monday, May 9, 2016 from 5:00 PM – 7:00
PM at the Alexandria Funeral Home, Alexandria, KY with a Memorial Service
