AND HEIGHTS - Edward Shelton, 72, died Aug. 4 at St. Elizabeth Fort Thomas.
He was active with the Gideon's International.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Shelton; daughter, Cheryl Curry of Alexandria; son, Jeff Shelton of Butler; brother, Richard Shelton and three grandchildren.
Visitation will be 9-11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 7, with service following at Immanuel Baptist Church, Cold Spring. Burial will be in Alexandria Cemetery. Alexandria Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

He was a servant to his community, his church and his God. He touched the lives of countless individuals in his daily walk - young and old alike - in a positive, supportive way.
Ed will be remembered as a fine man of kindness and great integrity; and that is a wonderful legacy for any man to leave behind for his family.
