Frances Butsch Steffen Stallard died March 8, 2011 at the age of 93. Beloved wife of Aloysious Steffen and Bernard Stallard. Devoted mother of 9: Her sons, Jim Steffen of Taylor Mill, Mike Steffen of Alexandria, Joe Steffen of Wilder, Tom Steffen of Highland Hts. Her daughters, Carol Jackson of Alexandria, Ima Ellis of West Chester OH, Pat Quay of Whitehouse OH, Sylvia Brown of Ft. Thomas, and Mary Hardin of Newport. She was a grandmother of 85. Viewing Saturday at St. Joseph, Cold Springs KY. at 9:30 AM, Mass at 10:30. Burial at St. Mary Cemetary in Alexandria following the Mass. Reception at Alexandria VFW Post, Highway 27 – 1 till 3 PM.
