Verlene Woodrum, 80, of Newport, KY. Died Friday, December 30, 2011 at home. She was a retired employee of Kenner Toys & Kmart Newport, KY. She was preceded in death by three daughters, Deana Anderson (nee Woodrum), Darlene Woodrum, & Debbie Gray. She is survived by 5 sons, James, Alan, Larry, William & Anthony Woodrum; brother, Frank Woodrum; 18 grandchildren, several great grandchildren & great great grandchildren. Visitation 9AM – 11AM Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2012 with funeral services at 11AM at the Alexandria Funeral Home. Interment will be at Spring Grove Cemetery.
