Michael T. Smith, 60, of Alexandria, KY., died March 1, 2012 at Saint Elizabeth Fort Thomas. He was part owner of Design Systems. He was preceded in death by his father, Daniel J. Smith & a daughter, Michelle Lynn Smith. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Linda Painter Smith; mother, Alberta Smith; 3 sons, Eric, Matthew & Mitchell Smith; brother, Daniel Smith; sister, Kathy Noel. ReplyDeleteMike was a valued member of our 8th grade graduation class of 1965, at St. Mary's. He was a good friend and honorable classmate. On behalf of all us from that class, who reconnected recently and now refer to ourselves as "The Reunited 65er's", I wish to extend our condolences to all of Mike's loved ones, family and friends. Rest in peace, Mike. We will always count you as one of our group, and you shall forever have a special place in our collective hearts.
