Cleon Smith

Cleon Smith, age 61, of Alexandria, KY, passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at University Hospital Cincinnati, OH. Cleon was a retired security officer for Wakenhut Security Services and an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Nathan Smith Jr. and Venna Smith (nee Jenkins); two brothers, David and Michael Smith. He is survived by his wife, Sandy Smith (nee Laws); two sons, Timothy Smith and Jeremy (Jessica) Smith; daughter, Andrea Michelle Smith; three brothers, Robert, Donald and Ernst Smith; two granddaughters Charlotte "Charlie" and Khole. Visitation Saturday, January 28, 2017 at the Alexandria Funeral Home from 9:00 AM until time of service at 11:00 AM, with Pastor Chad Abbott officiating. Interment with Military Honors will immediately follow at the Alexandria Cemetery, Alexandria, KY.
