Myra Fern
Nelson (nee Cropenbaker), 81, of Melbourne, KY, passed away Sunday, August 6,
2017 at St. Elizabeth Fort Thomas. Myra is survived by her husband of over 60
years, Richard Taylor Nelson; two sons, Rick (Regina) Nelson and Bruce (Pam)
Nelson; sister, Adrienne Graves; six grandchildren and five great
grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Zelda
(Rader) Cropenbaker; siblings, Edwin Paul Cropenbaker Sr. and Vivian Gerding. A
graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 10, 2017 at 11:00 AM at the
Grandview Cemetery, Mentor, KY. A celebration of her life will follow at the
Campbell County VFW Post, Alexandria, KY. Arrangements entrusted to the Alexandria
Funeral Home.
