  1. Patrick left a positive impact on my life. His caring and loyal nature along with his many outlooks on life are what shaped me most. I remember before I met him, his best friend Adam told me many stories about their adventures and how Patrick acted in times of pressure and in times of need. I thought to myself, what a great guy.. and when I met him, I wasn't disappointed. Conversations with him were so easy and enjoyable, as he genuinely cared about my life too. His abilities to put others needs above his own, to truely listen, and to say the right thing at the right time are so rare. I will miss him until we meet again. All of Patrick's friends and family are in my thoughts and prayers. - Chris S.

  3. Patrick was a wonderfully vivacious spirit, full of love and admiration for all thing of beauty. He was a tortured soul who weathered the storms of life, but always somehow managed to find the sunshine. His lust for life and knowledge was infectious; the world will miss him dearly.

I love this quote and hope it will help you,
"A life well-lived doesn't end, anymore than music ends... it echoes through time, with whisprs of beauty and grace, If we listen, we can hear the encore with our hearts, for the song plays on, just as love lives on..""

We are sincerely sorry to learn of Patrick's passing. We cannot know exactly the depth of your sorrow, but we can only imagine how terrible it is.

We can only offer to each of you our love and prayers. We pray God's good and faithful mercy upon Patrick and ask that He pour upon you the grace to heal your hearts. May we all be reminded of God's love for us here during our earthly journey and His love for us as we pass from this life to life everlasting.

  7. Bob, Beth and Jimmy,

Words can't fully describe the pain I feel for your loss, the loss of Pat. News of his passing is devastating. I deeply cherish the time I spent growing up with him and the Simminger family, and I will do so now more than ever. I will always remember Pat as someone who put smiles on peoples faces through laughter and jokes, who cared deeply for others, and who loved life. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you and Pat. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.

  14. Ouch...

For a family (name) that doesn't have many members, we of the Simminger Clan are shrinking.
For those wonder who I am, I am of the Stuttgurt Simminger family (by way of New York, Indiana & Pennsylvania).

Condolences to Patrick's family & friends.
