Robert Lee Baldridge, 90, of Cold Spring, KY, passed away Saturday, April 21, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Ft. Thomas. Robert was a WWII Army Veteran. He worked for CSX Railroad as conductor for 35 years. Robert was a member of the First Baptist Church of Silver Grove. He loved the outdoors and was an avid trout fisherman. Robert is survived by his wife of 64 years, Peggy Baldridge (nee Wood); 5 children: Diana (Rick) Estepp, Robert (Jacqueline) Baldridge, Thomas (Shelly) Baldridge, Glen Baldridge and James (Peggy) Baldridge; 13 grandchildren: Robin, Kelli, Rachel, Kristin, Alexandra, Lauren, Lindsey, Molly, Emily, Bobby, Ricky, Jordan and Andrew; 7 great grandchildren who lovingly called him “Big Papaw”: Noah, Miles, Isaac, Thomas, Ellie, Maci and Freddie; 4 surviving siblings: Kenneth (Peggy) Baldridge, Joe Baldridge, Gertie Etheridge and Dot Wagner. Visitation Tuesday, April 24, 2018 from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM at the Alexandria Funeral Home. Funeral Service 11:00 AM Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment with Military Honors at the Alexandria Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to First Baptist Church of Silver Grove, Box 423, Silver Grove, KY 41085.
