John McCullough


John R. McCullough, age 86, of Cold Spring, KY., died Wednesday, March 17, 2010, at East Galbraith Nursing Home in Cincinnati, OH. Mr. McCullough was a retired 36yr. employee of the Ford Motor Company. He Served in the Army during World War II. Member of First Baptist Church of Cold Spring, KY; CampBell County VFW Post 3205 Alexandria, KY; Alexandria Lodge # 152 F.&A.M.; Indra Consistory of the Scottish Rite Valley of Covington; Super Seniors of Alexandria, KY; Kentucky Admiral; United Auto Workers #863. He loved to be outdoors, cutting grass or working in his garden & was always ready to lend a helping hand.
He is survived by his wife of 63 yrs. Genevieve (Weinel) McCullough;
Two Sons,
Jim McCullough of Edgewood, KY.
Alan McCullough of Cold Spring, KY.
Five grandchildren
Ten great-grandchildren
Visitation Saturday, March 20th from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Cold Spring with funeral service immediately following. Interment will be at Alexandria Cemetery in Alexandria, Ky.

    I'll always remember Mr and Mrs McCullough as one of our very nice neighbors on Murnan Road. Mr McCoullough was a genuinely nice person who had a great love of his family, country and religion. I'll always remember the many baseball games my brother Stan and I played with Jim and Alan. My family and I extend our symphathies to you and your family at this time of your loss.
