Helen Clair

Helen Marie (nee Osborne) Clair. Born September 8, 1935, to Edward and Maggie Lou (Gross) Osborne in Jackson, Kentucky. Died November 12, 2016, at age 81, at her home in Wilder, Kentucky, surrounded by her loving family. Helen was preceded in death by Franklin Clair, her husband of 59 ½ years, her parents, her sister, Mary Louvene Brown, and her brother, Vernon Edward Herdman. Helen is survived by her children, Vicky (Randall) Horn, Elaine Kinney, and Tim (Mary) Clair, grandsons Adam Barger and Andrew (Shelby) Barger, and special cousin Arbutice Ritchie, as well as, numerous other relatives and friends. Helen loved attending church, spending time with family, crocheting, and reading, and was retired from Ontario’s/Rinks department store.  She was a long-time member of Alexandria Church of God.  In lieu of flowers, suggested memorial donations to Alzheimer’s Association Greater Cincinnati, 644 Linn Street, Suite 1026, Cincinnati, OH  45203 or to Hospice of the Bluegrass, 2312 Alexandria Drive, Lexington KY  40504, whose support and care during this difficult time has been so much appreciated.  Alexandria Funeral Home, 325 Washington Street, Alexandria, KY  41001 handling arrangements.  Visitation Wednesday, November 16, 2016, from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at the funeral home, immediately followed by funeral service at 1:00 PM.  Interment at Alexandria Cemetery.
