Albert Bernard Ploeger, Formerly of Alexandria, KY, Baptist
Convalescent Center and Carmel Manor, passed into eternal rest on October 14,
2017, one day before his 82nd birthday. He leaves behind his wife of 56 years,
JoAnn (Casagrande), 6 children: Mary Bjelland, Jeanie (Wayne) Hodges, Charlie
(Becky) Joe (Sharon), Mike and John (Rhonda). He also leaves 15 grandchildren
and 5 great-grandchildren. Albert was a pressman with Diamond International and
other area printing shops. He loved family, farming and animals, especially
dogs. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 18 at Saint Mary of the Assumption
Catholic Church in Alexandria from 9:00 AM until time of Mass of Christian
Burial at 10:30 AM. Burial at the privacy of the family. Memorials are
suggested to, Glenmary Home Missioners, Marianist Mission, St. Rita School for
the Deaf or St. Mary’s Parish in Alexandria.

I went to high school and caddied with Al at Losantiville Country Club. We were friends all through high school. I am sorry for your loss.
