Albert F. Schack, age 90, of Melbourne, KY passed away on Friday, December 28, 2018. He was a retired truck driver for Castellini. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Camp Springs, KY and the Catholic Order of Foresters. Albert loved farming and woodworking. He was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Irene Amelia (nee Ackerman) Schack. Albert is survived by his niece, Helen (Richard) Emerson; nephew, Ed (Trena) Ackerman; great-niece, Trisha (Robert) Hancock; great-nephew, Nick Baynum; great-great-nephews, Dylan Baynum, Colton Hancock, and Keith Ackerman; great-great-nieces, Brook Ackerman and Jordyn Hancock. Visitation will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Camp Springs, KY on Friday, January 4, 2019 from 10:00 am to 10:45 am with the Mass of Christian Burial immediately following at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Camp Springs. Memorial donations are suggested to: St. Joseph Catholic Church, 6833 Four Mile Road, Camp Springs, KY 41059.
